Flies
House Flies
Adult house flies typically live for only a month, but during that time they are taking part in a constant routine of finding something to eat and lay eggs on. During their lifespan, they will land on and potentially infect thousands of surfaces with various diseases such as Cholera, Conjunctivitis, Dysentery, Gastroenteritis, Salmonella, Tuberculosis, and Typhoid fever. House flies tend to stay in the area where they hatched, so if you limit the number of areas that flies would find appetizing to eat and lay their eggs you are able to control their population.

· Apply weather stripping on windows and doors
· Sanitize hard kitchen surfaces daily, including cleaning dishes
Fruit Flies
Fruit flies are small flying pests that are commonly found in homes, restaurants and other facilities where food is processed and stored. Fruit flies can be found in unsanitary conditions feeding off drain debris, and also around ripened fruit and vegetables. They are a potential health concern due to their feeding off unsanitary sources and then landing on food spreading germs across surfaces. Luckily, they are easily kept at bay with a regular cleaning routine and a few simple steps.
