Birds serve a vital role in the control of flying insects including flies and mosquitos, but they are carriers of many vectors. From parasites to mites, to dozens of germs and diseases, they carry a strong viral load. Birds like to nest under eaves and under overlapping rooflines, which can cause concern over the spread of parasites and the messes that birds can leave behind. With birds the goal is not to exterminate, but rather to prevent them from nesting on or in your home lessening the chance of people of coming in direct contact with birds.
